TTO – The contest “Spreading career stories 4.0” has received hundreds of stories in a variety of fields in just a short time. The organizing committee has selected the best works to award prizes.
The contest is part of the Forum “Building an autonomous industry” in 2022, organized by Tuoi Tre newspaper and the Department of Industry (Ministry of Industry and Trade), with the companion of the Vietnam-Korea Technology Solution and Consulting Center. (VITASK).

In fact, the supporting industries required originate from small and medium-sized enterprises. From the above real stories, we can see the message that the mechanical manufacturing field has potential but needs appropriate support policies to develop.
In the context of pursuing real estate, finance and banking, many opinions raise the question: who promotes industrial production, especially the development of supporting industries? The contest has contributed additional perspectives, helping managers review policies to support businesses in accessing capital, taxes… thereby coming up with solutions to support industrial enterprises in increasing their competitiveness. In addition, the problem of resources and young people participating in the mechanical field also needs to be calculated appropriately.
